One of the original infamous Dirty Dozen designs by Mark McCloud that were used against him in Federal Court. Mark gave a pictorial history presentation in 2006 at the Basel Symposium. While explaining this design he said "The condor is flying over a mountain (which is supposed to represent The Andes Mountains) in the blotter and in real life the Condor is the only bird that can fly high enough to fly over the mountain range.... very powerful statement on this vintage piece of art!
